Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item received is defective;

The item was damaged during transit;

The wrong item was sent by us.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items;

Gift cards;

Customized or personalized products;

Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer;

Returns requested after the 30-day return period.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@angengrui.com.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, customers may request a return after receiving the package in accordance with this policy.
